Peter Vuust has done it again, composed and recorded a new CD album. And he says, "For the first time, I'm so pleased with the result, that all songs could have been the opening number. . . "!
The CD has been titled Leaves of Love and it has been recorded in the best music studio of the Nordic, Nilento Studio, Sweden. Leaves of Love - with Peter Vuust Quartet and Veronica Mortensen - is the sequel to September Songs, that got top reviews, and was nominated to the best Danish Vocal Jazz Release at the Danish Music Awards in 2014. With 17 tours and 6 CDs, Peter Vuust Quartet is one of the most well-established groups on the Danish jazz scene. As a bassist, Vuust has collaborated with many groups from Danish pop artists to international jazz stars. His compositions are melodious, and the Nordic roots are heard side by side with inspiration from the American jazz tradition.

Veronica Mortensen is one of Denmark's absolute leading jazz singers. Her voice is according to the reviewers "... Sexy, selfish and sweet-hearted. (...) The atmosphere is relaxed and carried by an instant joy and curiosity. (...). The voice is focused. The expression is smelly safe and filled with an irresistible, fresh energy Veronica Mortensen's vocal surplus sparkles"
